Excellent stay + We were very satisfied with our stay. We arrived very early but were able to check in. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast offered good buffet choice. Sfaff were very friendly and helpful, especially receptionist Diksha and consiege Allan. Hotel is highly recommended!

+ Good hotel but I cannot get over the fact that we only got one flimsy towel for two people. I called the front desk (we checked in a midnight) they said okay and we waited for a while, nothing happened...

Appalling conditions + Awful hotel, pictures and description of the hotel does not match the physical description. Staff were unhelpful and refused to activate a refund to allow for us to move to another hotel

+ Everything was as I knew it when it was a Holiday Inn. All was fine except that one of the elevators was shaking slightly as it went up to the 14th floor in a way that didn't suggest anything major that need maintenance.. but it did aim to show its age. in addition to the fact that those who would use the gym had to climb to it from the 16th floor via the (non-air conditioned) stairs.
