Wonderful stay in a lovely hotel. + Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nhu at the Front desk was the best. We had a family get together. Good breakfast. Sky bar has air conditioning. Great views. Great location. Would stay again. − Nothing

+ the view itself was excellent, definitely worth paying extra for a higher level room. The staff were nice, but there are certainly some areas for improvements. The room service drinks were good, just quite slow. Air conditioning was 10/10 excellent. Good room size and features. The breakfast was okay, milk was warm. Location was a little further from the main activities at along My Khe beach, but that didn't stop us as Grab was super accessible. The pool was nice and so was the view. − Given the view the hotel has, the windows are incredibly dirty, looks like they have never been cleaned before, the extremely dirty windows made it feel a little restricting especially at the pool. The staff were nice, however, they didn't provide updates on issues. We had no hot water for significant periods of times, and we were consistently calling reception, each time they said they will look into it but hung up, they never gave updates. FANTASTIC STAY FANTASTIC VIEWS MUST STAY!!! + Loved the balcony room 906- Great views great fountain tub food delicious everyone very friendly and directly across from the beach ! LOVED EVERYTHING EVERYONE EVERY Minute AND will return! Thank you tremendously!!!

Great staff and service. + I’m front of the beach, however there’s a lot of rubbish along the beach, no the hotel’s fault − Very old facilities. Needs some renovation

Disappointing + Honestly not much. − Key card tripped power twice. Rooms old and dated, not like pictures on booking.com. Staff tried best. Many people at breakfast used their hands to take food. Place smelled old and stale. I don’t recommend this hotel for the average western punter.

Hotel mimo centra mesta, trochu od ruky, všade musíte ísť taxíkom, čo však nie je až taká veľká prekážka. Problém bol hl + Hotelový bar s reštauráciou - výborné ceny a výťahom ste tam do minúty. Otvorený od rána do 23:00. − Poloha trochu od ruky a čistota. Upratovanie by mohlo byť na vyššej úrovni. Pri porovnaní s inými hotelmi to bolo oveľa slabšie.
