Decepcionante + Estaba muy bien ubicado y limpio. − No nos aplicaron las ventajas del late check-out que teníamos por ser Genius, si queríamos teníamos que pagar, y aprobaron una cama doble cuando en realidad lo que hicieron fue unir dos camas pequeñas, con la consiguiente incomodidad. Además, por la noche en la habitación la luz del aire acondicionado y de la tele era muy molesta y acabamos durmiendo con los antifaces del avión… muy mal.

+ Le confort du lit − Vue de la salle de bain qui donne sur le voisinage d'en face, il faut donc fermer les volets, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait hyper chaud, puis on entendait le bruit des glaxones.

Perfect place to stay for a happy vacation! + We spent two nights in this hotel and we received the most amazing treatment since we arrived! We got a very warm welcome with a nice drink and a smile from all the staff, we received help whenever we needed and everyone was extremely kind with us all. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast choice was wide enough to satisfy our tastes. Finally i want to give an honourable mention to Jenny, the staff member who supported us since the beginning with the most contagious smile, giving us useful suggestions.

Highly recommended hotel for central Hanoi! + What a fantastic hotel! The location is a few minutes Night market and local market. It’s located in the Old Town, definitely the best area to stay. It’s also minutes from lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars etc. The staff are amongst the best I’ve experienced, they are friendly, helpful and keen to make your stay a fantastic one. Hotel had great facilities. Nothing could be better!

It was excellent in every way! + Location is freaking amazing! 100 meter walk to the night market, restaurants lining the entire streets outside, shops right outside too. In house actual real massage, just awesome. Another two main standouts for me were the staff professionalism and friendliness and also the food! Amazing breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious and comfy and the whole place is very clean. The rooftop bar was a surprise also with the best view in Old quarter-Everything else was great!

Nice place to stay in Hanoi! + The staff was extremely attentive to our every need and our room was perfect. The breakfast bar exceeded our expectations. The selection was plentiful and accommodating to every dietary need. Thanks to all of the care provided by everyone from the front to the back of the hotel as the service was exceptional. Great hotel in heart of old town! + It was a nice experience with our family to stay in Lheritage Hotel. The breakfast is delicious and room is clean, warm. James always support us when we need any assistance. Hotel is located in the center of the old quarter so it is quite easy to travel to other places. I will come back

Highly recommended! + Very kind staffs , perfect roof top and the morning dinning service .The service was excellent. We had the pleasure of meeting James . He was very helpful and thoughtful in many ways. The rest of the staff was also kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was good and we really recommend this hotel and we will definitely book this hotel again if we visit Hanoi!

Exceptional !!! + We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city, restaurants, and attractions. The facility is very clean. The room and amenities are great. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to James, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was incredibly kind and attentive, even helping us with our dirty clothes when we needed assistance. His dedication and care made a huge difference to our experience. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from each morning. Everything was fresh and delicious. We highly recommend Hanoi Lheritage Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

Nice hotel in Old Quarter! + The hotel is very nice, rooms are super clean and staff is amazing. Phuong on the reception was super helpful and really nice. We had a free buffet breakfast which has many choose from basic omelets etc to Vietnamese food. Highly recommend! And also close to everything!

Great hotel. Fantastic hospitality! + I found this hotel very very fine. The staff is kind and the room very comfortable. So I recommend it ..it is located in the center of the old town so it is easy to join the most important attracton of Hanoi . Will certainly stay there again if we return to Hanoi.
