Toller Aufenthalt in der Altstadt + Das Hotel hat eine Toplage mitten im Old Quarter. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeiterinnnen und Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wurden jederzeit herzlich umsorgt. − Nichts.

Great location, fabulous staff + Lovely clean rooms in a fantastic location. The family room had plenty of space for 4 of us as well as an area for suitcases. Very comfortable beds as well which is so nice to find. The staff are very helpful and assisted us with an additional night when our flights were changed. They also offered to store our luggage for us while we were on our cruise. The breakfast was great with plenty of options as well as the option to order from the menu. We loved staying here and will stay again next time we come to Hanoi.
