Horrible experience + The property was old and moldy. When we took a shower the mold smell spread everywhere and also as soon as we stepped out of the room the carpet and wall next to the door had full mold! The breakfast was horrible, they did not even bother to refill the breakfast at 8:45am! We raised all these concerns with their management and they were rude saying they can only change our room if anything comes available, we had to wait and see what’s gonna happen! We asked them to refund the money for rest of our stay and they said no! We left the hotel and booked elsewhere. When you go to their pool bar, we waited for 30 minutes for the bar tender to get our order. They are lazy and rude people working there. Don’t waste your money and don’t get fooled by their photos! It’s not even a 2 star hotel!!!!!!

Loved our stay and found it worth the money! Will stay again + Loved the location and the beach club and the afternoon tea. Doorman was amazing so friendly & helpful! − I think the rooms need more storage and the pool bar could do with chair service and needs more promotion. Breakfast buffet could do with more variety too

Wonderful stay + We booked this hotel after reaching Danang and it was quite satisfactory. Staffs were nice, breakfast was great, spa was nice and the location next to the beach is excellent. Would recommend for travellers. − Rooms can be little better planned. Not enough space for luggage of 2 persons.

geweldige locatie en fijne extra service + De geweldige ligging direct aan het strand. Ik vond het ook erg prettig dat de ligbedden op het strand bij het verblijf inbegrepen waren en dat er strandhanddoeken beschikbaar waren. Daarnaast was ik aangenaam verrast toen ik bij het uitchecken hoorde dat we een gratis transfer naar de luchthaven kregen. Een heel fijne extra service! − Onze kamer keek gedeeltelijk uit op een bouwplaats. Ook vond ik het ontbijt na een paar dagen wat eentonig; er was voldoende keuze, maar ik had graag wat meer variatie gezien.

Great spot for our holiday + Most things - especially location and lovely room. Super comfy bed and fabulous shower. Beach club a real bonus (a bit loud and repetitive at night but guess the under 30’s love it) − Breakfast & Coffee - please add a host (surprised half of Da Nang don’t come in as zero checks) train the staff and buy some more crockery etc etc

Definitely recommend to experience the lively tourist area in this hotel. + The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also great. Having its own beach club very convenient. The hotel location is good. My first experience in a tourist located area and it was a quite nice experience. − The only disturbing was the construction works on a daytime, but can just spend your time on the beach. But the clubbing music was playing till 2-3am, had to wear my noise cancellation earphones.

+ Great view, pool was stunning − The room service food wasn’t good. The pizza was soggy. We were told to give a review of our stay upon checkout, the staff member stood there telling us to make the review now and was quite pushy. They also tried to tell us to give them a 5 star review. It felt very pushy and rude.

It is a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Would not go back + Location is perfect − Several staff members not friendly and it seems they don’t like their job. Pool beds very dirty, rest room same. Breakfast area very noisy. Not clean!!
