Très beau séjour à Hanoi ! + Le personnel est d une tres grande gentillesse, ils nous ont énormément aidé pour l organisation de certaines réservations durant notre séjour au Vietnam, toujours très gentil, vraiment très serviable. Jolie vue du rooftop ou de la piscine. Salle du petit déjeuner tres agréable. − L insonorisation entre la chambre et le couloir pourrait être améliorée.

Top verblijf in Hanoi + Chic Twin Room hele fijne ruime kamer. Op de 8e en 9e verdieping geen geluidsoverlast gehad. Hotel hele goede prijs kwaliteit en goede locatie. Met grab ben je heel snel overal. Rooftop ook fijn en zwembad ook prima. Bij de receptie willen ze je met alles helpen. − Personeel op rooftop mag iets gezelliger zijn en de muziek mag ook wat gevarieerder. De rooftop zelf is sfeervol aangekleed en uitnodigend. Happy hour enkel voor alcohol houdende drankjes, dat is wel jammer.

Perfect Stay + We had a wonderful stay at Le Jardin Hotel in Hanoi. The room was lovely, and the rooftop bar with its pool was always a very inviting place to relax. However, for us, the best part of our stay was definitely the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. In particular, our host Daniel, who welcomed us after our flight and helped us throughout our stay, was simply extraordinary. After we received our welcome drinks, we had a great conversation with Daniel, even though we arrived much earlier than expected. When we told him that it was our first time in Vietnam, he asked us what we were interested in doing during our stay in Hanoi. We explained that we wanted to experience more of the local culture rather than just the typical tourist or Western side of the city. Daniel immediately shared his personal recommendations and even provided us with a map filled with his local tips and favorite places. Wonderful Hanoi Accommodation + Ideally located to walk to old town or French Quarter, and near restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The rooms were very comfortable, meals delicious and the pool refreshing. The spa treatment was wonderful. ALL the staff were AMAZING; highly efficient, extremely polite, helpful and genuinely wanting our experience to be the best.

We will come back here + We had a trip to Vietnam, and this hotel was the place we chose to stay when we stopped in Hanoi. The hotel is beautiful and elegant, with bright and comfortable rooms. The bed was very soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We arrived to check in late at night, but the reception staff were still very friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic despite the late hour. They also gave us many helpful recommendations for places to visit and things to do during our stay. Another great convenience was the hotel’s luggage storage service. Since we returned to the hotel later during our trip, being able to leave our luggage there meant we didn’t have to carry everything around with us. This was especially convenient and thoughtful for travelers. The breakfast area was also clean and spacious, with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back here the next time we visit Vietnam!
