Not good as expected − When I visited the restaurant for dinner, I was asked 3 times about my room number. I could understand 1 time, but why each staff kept asking me? I couldn't charge the bill to my room since I didn't make deposit when I checked in. But, they had not asked me to make deposit. I felt I was not trusted.

A great resort with an amazing staff + Radisson Phan Thiet is a great resort with an amazing staff and superb buffet breakfast. The privat beach is a plus. − There's no entertainment for kids or adults which makes it a quiet resort, too quiet I'd say, given that it is far from the city center.

Tôi rất hài lòng về thái độ nhân viên, dịch vụ, không gian, chỗ nghỉ ngơi tại resort. + Tôi đã có 2 ngày 1 đêm ở Radission và sau đây là những nhận xét của tôi về resort: đầu tiên bước vào là tôi được chào đón từ các nhân viên bellman rất tận tâm, chuyên nghiệp ( tôi không nhớ rõ tên anh ấy) và các bạn nhân viên lễ tân thì lịch sự, quan tâm khách hàng, giải thích rõ các điều khoản khi lưu trú tại resort ( tên nhân viên lễ tân: Nhung, Vàng). Thứ hai, khi dùng buffet sáng tại đây, tôi được các bạn tên Bảo, Trang, Vi phục vụ chu đáo, tận tình, thân thiện. Thứ ba, tôi thích sự yên tĩnh cùng không gian thoáng đãng, gần gũi với thiên nhiên của resort. Resort sát gần biển nên việc tắm biển rất tiện và thoải mái. − Buffet sáng đa dạng các món ăn, tuy nhiên có món bún bò thì phần thịt bò hơi dai 1 chút. Resort có vị trí hơi xa trung tâm nhưng cũng ảnh hưởng gì đến việc đi chơi, tận hưởng của tôi.
