Hotel gut, Baulärm sehr störend + Die Zimmer waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Da fehlte es uns an nichts. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und die Lage war sowohl an den Strand und auch für die Stadt für uns perfekt. − Leider kommt jetzt das grosse ABER! Den Baulärm sollte man nicht unterschätzten. Es entstehen rechts und links vom Hotel zwei neue Gebäuden. Wir konnten den Baulärm mehr als deutlich in unseren Zimmer hören und waren froh tagsüber unterwegs zu sein.

+ Tutto camere pulite,personale accogliente, molto attento a ogni richiesta, il personale della piscina eccezionale , ce un ristorante tipico vietnamita che si mangia molto bene si è piaciuto tantissimo ahhh un altra cosa ce un spa dove fanno i massaggi ai piedi delizioso manicure e pedicure fantastici, lavaggio della testa con massaggio fenomenali grazie mille a tutto il personale per rendere il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

+ The hotel is located in front of the sea with an amazing view of the beach, the rooms are large and spacious, clean and equipped. Large and comfortable shower, daily cleaning service, breakfast with a very wide variety of Vietnamese, Western food, fruits, desserts and several types of coffee. The staff at the hotel was very nice and attentive to our needs, highly recommended. − The buildings on both sides are under construction so it was very noisy if you sit outside or in the lobby but the noise didn't reach the rooms.

Very nice hotel and staff + We got to experience a very nice holiday at Da Nang with HAIAN. What you see is what you get. Just take note that there is an ongoing construction beside the hotel. We appreciate Ms. Subeo's and other staffs' customer service. They also accommodated our requests and made sure that we were comfortable from check-in to check out. They also nicely offered an airport shuttle upon checkout for us but we had other plans. We also appreciate the small gift we received.

You feel welcome and are so well looked after. + The staff were fantastic, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and it was in a great spot right across the road from the beach, and close to some great shopping/eating strips. There are great sunrises over the ocean to be seen in the mornings. − Bear in mind any place on the beach here, will have people talking over loudspeakers in the morning (this is not the hotel's doing). The pool is not very big but it's nice.

A Lovely Beachside Stay with Exceptional Service + ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful birthday stay at Haian Beach Resort & Spa! Lovely location, relaxing atmosphere, and a good breakfast. The staff were very polite, respectful, and accommodating. A special thank you to the management for the thoughtful birthday cake—it was such a lovely surprise and made my birthday even more special! 🎂❤️ Definitely a memorable stay and I’d be happy to come back. − None

I had to move to another hotel for the remaining of my trip + Booking.com did not mentioned that the hotel is in between construction zone.. both sides. The noise is deafening. The windows are not thick enough to keep out street noise, construction ruckus.. and I’m on the 20th floor! − booking.com should divulge more infor/ warning for consumers.

Worth staying in this Hotel if in Da Nang + Best location, 2 min cross road then beach. many restaurants around the hotel. shuttle van for airport is free , Breakfast is big buffet and lovely food.
