+ 가격대비 음식들이 괜찮았고 직원들이 친절했어요 − 리조트다보니 어쩔수없이 습하고 벌레 모기 도마뱀많아요.그거 무서워하심 고려해보시는게 저희 애들은 도마뱀보는재미에 신나서 지냈어요

Gutes Standardhotel in Flughafennähe + Große gepflegte Anlage mit Zugang zum Meer. Guter Service. − Frühstück mäßig. Mehrfache Stromausfälle. Der Fahrstuhl ist unerträglich heiß und stickig (keine Belüftung)

I recommend this hotel. The value of money is worth and staff are gery helpful. + We had a wonderful stay at SOL by Meliá! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. A special thank you to Ann, who was incredibly kind, helpful. We had complimentary afternoon tea , coffee cake throughout our stay and it was so good!

We were excited to stay at Sol by Melia based on the reviews but were underwhelmed on arrival. The pool is stunning over + Good location in between Phu quoc city centre and sunset town. Gorgeous pool area overlooking the beach − Dated property not as pictured with mould and dampness in rooms. Rooms smelt stale and had to have humidifier to avoid damp. Poor food choice at restaurants

Great resort stay + Pool access room is highly recommended. The room was spacious and having direct access to the pool made the stay much more enjoyable. The main pool area was lovely and great for lounging. Plenty of food options within the resort — The Shack, The Kitchen and OLA so it was easy to spend the whole day relaxing without needing to go elsewhere. The beach is incredibly close. Just walk a little further past the pool and you're there. Very convenient location near the airport. Breakfast had a decent spread with a good amount of variety. The bed itself was very comfortable. − Our room was missing the drying rack and umbrella. We only realised these were supposed to be provided after noticing that the other rooms had them. One of the pillows had a strong stale, musty smell, like fabric that hadn't been dried properly. The coffee from the breakfast machines was very mediocre and could definitely be improved. A few small amenities would make the stay more convenient,…

房間每日提供兩瓶水，不會再更多，如果有大量飲水需求的人可以先買進去。 + 房間跟泳池都很大、整體感覺舒適、員工有善支持多國語言、下午茶蛋糕跟咖啡很棒。早餐自助吧選擇多元且乾淨新鮮，但口味因人而異。 − 不是不滿意，但如果可以更好的話：目前熱水的量與溫度無法放滿浴缸舒服的泡熱水，稍微可惜。
