+ The rooms are very nice and had a safe and a mini fridge. Bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the room was very cold and we found it hard to set the thermometer. Breakfast bar is ok, wish they'd had more international options

+ Our room was perfect and always nicely made up and spotless. We loved the buffet breakfast with all of the choices and the personalized and friendly service Particularly Ratin and Binah! We made use of the gym and pool and while small, they are well kept and everything we needed. The location works well and the underground parking was very handy.

Overall a good experience & friendly staff + It was a pleasant stay for whole family. The hotel had let us late checkout. Couple of cons we had to choose on smoking floor as the non smoking Suite was under maintenance. Some of the furnitures had some stains on them.

+ Needs the rain shower head in the bathroom because the tub has only half a glass. A standing shower could have been better. Someone might trip on the high tub wall.

Bad service and bad experience + I booked room with sofa bed and they didn’t give me and they offer me a crib bed for one year old kid and my child is six years old !!!!!! It the worst experience ever with old dated furniture

+ Front desk assigned the same key as my room to a guest and that person walked right in. It took them over an hour to fix the problem and they did not offer any comps.
