Comfortable and stylish - lacking in some fundamen + Comfortable and stylish small hotel in Abu Dhabi with nice pool and clean rooms. Disappointed by no hot water in bathroom (pretty fundamental!), no electricity sockets working on bed side of the room, and steam room and sauna were Out of Order - which was very frustrating as we had booked this hotel for the facilities. We arrived after midnight and we were allowed a late check-out to 1:30pm

+ We had a great stay, staff were friendly lovely pool however the dinner buffet wasn’t really good not much options.. wouldn’t recommend. Otherwise everything was great had a good time.

+ Area was too busy and hectic and I personally don’t like that but some might love it so it’s personal preference. Breakfast was horrible though. I expect fresh juice at five star not box juice and fresh bakery items baked at the hotel instead of smelly supermarket item. Breakfast was disgusting and tasteless

Décevant + Bruyant !!! Bruyant dans les chambres (isolation phonique entre les chambres à revoir !!) Bruyant côté piscine avec des touristes qui écoutent de la musique à fond avec enceinte portable jusqu’à 23h30 en buvant des bières! On est au camping ou dans un 5 étoiles ?!? Personnel adorable à la réception par ailleurs.

Cannot Recommend Enough + Superb stay. Great property in a convenient location. Room was outstanding. What a view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean throughout. Loved the bathroom. Bed almost too comfortable! Pool is really nice. Staff could not do enough for you, so welcoming, professional and considerate. No doubt in that for my next trip to Abu Dhabi I will book this hotel again. Thank you for an excellent stay.

OK stay + Male staff member who checked us in was rude, he did not engage in conversations or greet us, only asked for our passports. He then advised our room was not ready even though we arrived after 3pm and check in was at 2pm. That was no issue for us but there was no apology or no offer of water/tea/coffee while we waited. We were just told to wait. Other than the poor check in experience everything else was fine and the housekeeping staff were all pleasant. OK place to stay for 1/2 nights
