+ The resort is about an hour and a half away from Dubai. You have to plan accordingly to go into the city. The resort itself is exceptional. It’s absolutely beautiful and had an amazing spa, Arabic restaurant with shisha and poolside service at the beach. Staying on campus for the day is easy to do.

Superb hotel. + Great hotel. Very warm welcome upon arrival and carried on throughout our stay. Friendliest team. Our room was sea view and very spacious with two separate bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

+ This is an exquisite resort hotel in its true meaning. The hotel is sparkling clean, the hotel staffs are properly dressed, respectful and highly serviceable. I love everything about our stay here, i would go back in a heartbeat to enjoy the level of hospitality they offered, nothing compares. The hotel is further from the city centre in Deira, so be ready to spend extra on taxis to and from the city, traffic is heavy too, and some taxi drivers drive crazy but luckily, we didn't have any incidents. I had a fantastic time and will be back.

+ Looking at the reviews on line of several other properties, this one seemed the best. I did not expect the property to be as nice as it was. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice everything was, especially for the price. I would expect to pay 3 to 5 times more if this was in the USA, especially to be on the beach and have such nice pools. I definitely recommend to anyone that has any doubt, you won't be disappointed. Staff was very nice and accommodating for any of my needs. Definitely spend a little more for the beach side view. I accidentally booked a smoking room and was not able to change rooms....I could not tell that it was a smoking room and I'm highly susceptible to cigarette smoke. Can't compliment enough, my only complaint was that I didn't stay longer!

+ Great hotel, would stay there again. If I had to nit-pick, it would be that a) the pillows were difficult to get used to, b) the bed sheets were not wide enough and kept untucking from the sides, and c) ditch the coffee machine and provide freeze dried coffee or coffee bags. Apart from that, the stay was great in every way.
