+ Modern and Clean, But Noisy & Isolated The hotel is modern & clean, with well-maintained pool areas & good food options. However, several factors made the stay less relaxing. The tiled floors mean you can hear every footstep and movement from the rooms above. Room doors aren’t soft-closing, so there’s a constant noise of doors slamming shut. The hotel is situated on a developing island with very few nearby amenities, so you’re largely confined to the resort unless you travel out. It's also directly under a flight path, with planes flying overhead literally every couple of minutes. Hotel caters heavily to families, so expect large numbers of children throughout the resort. If you're looking for a peaceful experience, this will not be the right fit. Staff are friendly.

+ Kids enjoyed overall, food was decent. Not sure why full board didnt include water - it felt ridiculous. Service was extremely slow at the restaurants. Room was on the 7th floor and it was so noisy both nights at 4am i had to complain the second night. Apart from that it was very noisy usually because of the restaurant or some work happening on the 8th floor. Kids waterpark was weird. My younger daughter met the height requirement but i couldnt even collect her under the slide, the lifeguard wouldnt allow it. So my younger didnt go because of this issue and my older was bored by herself. Also not really a waterpark, just three slides.

Not worth. You pay for water at - £400/night + You pay "fullboard" price and they charge you for glass of water with your meal. After paying £750 gbp for 2 nights as fullboard guest, i didnt expect to pay for everytime me or my kids needed water in 45* degree of Dubai heat. Meals daily same meals, restricted to choice in menu and quantity even as fullboard customer. Food pretty average, breakfast again average, lack of choices in food and beverages even as all inclusive. Water rides again limited for what you expect at £400 night, staff lovely but keep reminding you of charges for drinks, doesnt make you feel comfortable. Overall not happy for what we paid and what we received

+ Cool place with great amenities. Busy and long wait times for check-in but staff is kind and helpful. Elevator wait times are kinda crazy. We could hear the ppl in the room above us and yes we could also hear the planes but none of that was a bother. We would visit Centara again.

+ This hotel deserves 5 stars. Incredible service , great food, great entertainment for kids. If you have kids and planning to go Dubai , this is the only hotel for you. No better hotel for kids . Close to airport and not far from central Dubai

+ Initial Impression: The resort made a good first impression — the front desk staff were very helpful and kind, which we appreciated. The Resort: The property itself is nice and well-maintained. However, there are several strict policies in place. One in particular we didn’t enjoy was the enforced line-up each morning to get a sun lounger, which felt overly rigid and inconvenient. Transportation: The resort’s driving service left much to be desired. At times, it was outright unhelpful, which made getting around more frustrating than it needed to be. Location: Be aware that this resort is quite far from major attractions. Most activities and places of interest require transportation, which adds extra planning and cost to your stay. Excursions: we attempted to book through resort recommended agents, however, we felt they were not overly eager to help and had many delays, therefore, we schedule excursions independently. We spent an additional week in Dubai which was incredible service …
