+ every thing was perfect accept the reception staff was more than unbehavied poor cumuncation, disrespectful, not helpful crowded people and the reception workers was all the day is 2 only so it was a nightmare to check in .. its a 5 stars hotel but because whay happen i gave him rate 5 out of 10

+ Great location with access to public transport. Nice breakfast at the hotel and decent dining options in hotel and nearby. The staff and service are as excellent. Room was well appointed, clean with great views.

+ For a renowned Hotel brand, I was shocked and appauled at the level of service at this particular venue. Baggage did not get sent to my room for over 2 hours, despite numerous calls to the reception desk. In addition, housekeeping did not complete their service, again despite, leaving the service room sign on for over 4 hours and no action taken. Having then called the reception a further 3 times, I had to locate housekeeping myself to ask for this to take place. Will not be utilising this brand at this location again.

+ The hotel was clean but the breakfast was the same everyday. I cancelled the last 4 days of breakfast but I have not been refunded yet....may need to contest with card company.

Absolutely amazing stay + Absolutely amazing stay. Breathtaking view from room, very comfortable size, bedding and linen.. only one small issue , bath tub is too high
