Wonderful break from the cold weather + This is our second visit to Atlantic Beach and we stayed at this hotel both times. It is the only high-rise hotel property in Atlantic . We appreciate being on a high floor and seeing the ocean view. We were there for 12 days this time and by the time wewere leaving, we felt like the staff were our friends. We did not get every day housekeeping because we didn’t need it, but they were very good about getting us towels, extra coffee, and anything that we needed on the days when we did not have room service. The pool and spa are wonderful. The lobby area is bright andairy with comfortable seating. The hotel has an in-house restaurant and lounge. Weather permitting there is a little lunch counter type place out by the outside and near the steps to the beach. Unfortunately this time it was not open yet for the year. Best Resort and Staff in Dubai + Have to say, despite all the tension around the Middle East the service from Dev and the rest of the restaurant and hotel staff have made the experience 10/10 and would definitely recommend and return!

Fantastic Hotel + We had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Given the situation in Dubai at the moment, they handled everything exceptionally well, keeping guests calm, informed, and most importantly safe. Their professionalism and reassurance really stood out and made a big difference to our stay. The food and drinks were also great throughout our visit. We opted for the all-inclusive package and were initially considering upgrading to ultra all-inclusive. We were quoted 245 AED per person per night for the upgrade, but after looking into it properly we decided against it. With the standard all-inclusive package you still receive 25% off meals at all of the à la carte restaurants, and we actually ended up spending much less by simply paying separately for those meals. POOLS are NOT HEATED + This is our 2nd time to go to this hotel. The hotel rooms are amazing but there is one big problem we experienced. The water park for kids was closed during our stay because of maintenance as per reception. This was very unfortunate because our stay is more for our kids. The worst part is that the pools were NOT HEATED as per their advertisment which became our major factor when we checked in. We complained this during our stay but it was never fixed. The water in the pool is extremely cold. We actually thought about checking in when we were told that the Kids Water park was closed. Although the staff at the restaurant were amazing in all fairness.

Beautiful resort + We came for 3 nights ended up 12 due to war conflict. This was our 5th visit. The staff were amazing to us throughout our stay and really looked after us as well as the manager. THANK YOU SO MUCH. We love the deluxe rooms and ultra all inclusive works best for us as we highly recommend the al carte restaurants. We enjoyed coffee from the foyer in the mornings and loved the beach bar for drinks during the day. The rooms are spacious and clean and no faults there. The beach area is beautiful lovely walks during the day and loads of sunbeds available. Family pool area is our favourite spot and we enjoyed that. Al staff amazing through out. Favourite restaurant is sanchya followed by brasserie. Such high quality food. We unfortunately came at a bad time for the country and yes we was scared through out our stay but staff were amazing trying to keep everyone calm. Avoid this hotel at all costs. + Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island was a complete disaster. We paid over $1,000 for a 2-night all-inclusive stay, and it was a total waste of money. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and full of issues—dead bugs in the bathroom, mosquitoes inside, no fly net, a broken fridge, and extremely poor cleaning overall. The AC was so loud it sounded like a generator, making it impossible to sleep. The food was even worse. The buffet was one of the worst I have ever seen—very poor variety, mostly Indian food, barely any Arabic options, and nothing suitable for some of us (including those fasting). The quality and presentation felt like a camp, not a 5-star resort. Guests were crowding and mishandling the buffet, making it completely unappetizing. On top of that, the restaurant was completely mismanaged. We had to wait in extremely long queues just to enter breakfast—at one point the line stretched…

He helped me a lot with booking the hotel and made everything smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. Also, a big thank you to Zeyana, the Guest Relations Manager, for her warm hospitality and excellent service. She made sure everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Great resort and kind staff + Hotel was great . We got room upgrade by Esraa who was very friendly and professional she helped us get two rooms next to each other (my friend family and my family) Many pools and water slides . Golf cars were always there to help us move around. Only opportunity was lunch and dinner buffets.

Cannot wait to return! + What a place! We have already booked to come back! The food is OUTSTANDING! The staff are amazing, the place is just incredible. All of the à la carte restaurants are some of the best I’ve been to at an all inclusive resort. Such an easy booking system too. Our daughter fell ill, the hotel management couldn’t do enough for us, bringing us food up to the room, to make sure as parents we still ate. Then when she was well, checked in to see how she was. The adult only pool is fab, great to have space to get away from the kids if needed. The small waterpark was an added bonus to break the day up too. The beach is stunning, with SO much room, with sunbeds. We enjoyed the chilled evenings and the vibe of the evenings, though VERY humid, it’s nice to get inside into the aircon, which cooled you right down. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Worst experience in trying to make a booking! + I have been trying to make a booking for 4rooms with your hotel and I'm apalled by the quality of your service. The reservations are unable to give me a proper rate for my stay. I'm surprised that this is Hilton standards. Very disappointing! I was also kept on hold for a very long time when trying to reach the hotel directly. The worst experience with a 5 star hotel. Never experienced this before.
